The Software Developer is responsible for:
Collaborating within agile team to deliver software that achieves business objectives using a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) model.
Able to take functional requirements and translate them into quality Software solutions on time and within budget
Whatever it takes (positive) attitude to manage competing priorities and meet customer/stakeholder priorities on time
Able to develop against Frontline Education’s engineering standards and practices.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Overall 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering creating sophisticated, enterprise-quality line of business solutions.
3+ years of experience designing, implementing and maintaining solutions using Microsoft-based technologies such as ASP.NET Web API and MVC, .NET Core and C#
Experience with development of REST APIs and SPAs to deliver multi-tenant SaaS solutions
Experience developing distributed systems and microservices
Familiarity with Swagger and JSON-API is a bonus
Strong data modeling, index tuning and query skills using RDBMSs and NoSQL databases. Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB is preferred.
Familiarity with Event Store is a bonus
Familiarity with an ORM such as Entity Framework, Dapper, or OrmLite
Ability to work with UX Designers to implement highly usable and intuitive UIs
Experience writing accessible markup meeting WCAG/508c standards
Familiarity with AWS is a bonus
Familiarity with unit, integration and end-to-end tests using NUnit, xUnit, Cypress, or Selenium
Familiarity with DevOps principles, practices and related technologies. Prefer experience with containerization technology, container orchestration, automated build processes/tools, automated deployment process/tools
Experience with a source code control system and code/branch management practices. Prefer experience with git and GitHub
Experience in analyzing and debugging and supporting Production issues using debuggers and log analysis
Knowledge of current software development best practices & principles and design patterns
Experience with SCRUM based, Agile software development practices
Provide and maintain necessary documentation based on the needs of team members, IT and Client Services
Excellent oral and written communication skills
