The Sr. Software Developer is responsible for:
Collaborating within and across cross-functional, agile teams to deliver software that achieves business objectives using a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) model.
Delivering quality Software solutions on time and within budget
Whatever it takes (positive) attitude to manage competing priorities and meet customer/stakeholder priorities on time
Contributing to and evangelizing Frontline Education engineering standards and practices.
Mentoring more junior developers and peers

A Systems Thinking approach that ensures solutions solve the problem at hand within the construct of a larger platform

Qualifications, Key Skills and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Overall 10+ years’ experience in Software Engineering
7+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft software application framework technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, WebAPI or MVC, and SQL Server is required
Proven experience developing applications with .NET frameworks, including 4.6, and Core 2.0.
Experience in TDD and CI-CD is preferred
SaaS and multi-tenant solution experience is preferred
Develop a thorough understanding of the functional requirements of the application and how customers will use it.
Design/code applications requiring a high degree of complexity.
Design data structures that meet the application requirements.
Work with Designers to implement sensible and easy to use user interfaces.
Provide and maintain necessary documentation based on the needs of team members, IT and Client Services.
Experience with microservices architectures and NoSQL database technologies is a plus
Experience with Agile methodology
Experience in debugging and supporting Production issues
Experience with Git in a continuous integration environment is preferred
