    Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking Contract Consultants for our Special Education and Interventions team. This software solution is offered in 13 states including TX, MA, NY, NJ, CT, OH, PA and WI.  This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact within a fast growth organization. 

     

    This contract consultant is a service professional who has a passion for helping our Frontline clients.  We seek someone with experience training and consulting for technology solutions in the K-12 market. Contract Consultants are responsible for delivering successful training and consulting for our software solutions that achieve high satisfaction ratings from our clients.

    Key Responsibilities and Competencies

    • Understanding of the K-12 industry
    • Successfully deliver a variety of levels of training and consulting on Frontline solutions
    • Extract, analyze and assess client business needs and workflows and make consultative recommendations
    • Understand client expectations and client requirements for implementing the Frontline solution
    • Recommend best practices to clients based on product capabilities, data, and business process workflows
    • Analyze and recommend processes and procedures to improve the customer's overall experience

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in a role with demonstrated experience in delivery of professional development, managing change, and/or school administration.  Knowledge of Special Populations (Special Education, Response to Intervention/MTSS, Section 504, English Learners) business practices is a plus. . We also seek the following competencies:

    • Technical proficiency, solution mindset with excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Driven and self-motivated with strong attention to detail and record keeping
    • Ability to successfully manage multiple clients simultaneously
    • Superior written and oral communication skills with clients as well as all levels of management with professionalism and enthusiasm
    • Able to prioritize and adapt to change in a rapidly growing and evolving business environment
    • Encourages and embraces a team-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Experience with Frontline solutions or other K-12 Education Technology preferred
    • Ability to travel
