    Responsibilities

    Our growing sales team has an opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic Onboarding & Enablement professional.  This key role will help drive onboarding programs to support our market leading sales organization.  Reporting to the Vice President, Revenue Sales Operations, this role will consistently and effectively collaborate with sales leadership, product marketing and sales enablement teams to continue to refine and execute onboarding strategy.  Responsibilities include:

    • Support the sales organization with information, content and tools that help our team sell more effectively
    • Develop and communicate information to our sales team to assist with the improvement of successful engagement strategies with our clients and prospects at each stage of the sales cycle
    • Incite and encourage passion for accelerating the success of our sales team by making a significant impact on the ramp up time for newly hired sales reps using quality onboarding and training plans, resulting in increased business productivity

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree plus at least 7 years of experience in supporting a sales organization to implement and improve sales onboarding and enablement activities.  Experience with a technology company (SaaS) is preferred.  In addition, we seek the following:

    • Strong, detailed knowledge of software sales cycle and a formal sales process
    • Proven track record of creating and executing training to field teams with measurable, reliable results
    • Quickly develop a profound understanding of our K-12 clients and have a pulse on education industry trends in the Ed-tech and SaaS landscape
    • Dedication to high quality customer service delivery and integrity through proven client and customer relationships
    • Exceptional organizational and analytic skills in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment, using a variety of tools and systems, including CRM (salesforce)
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior leadership, peers, and internal resources. Embrace a team-oriented environment that allows for collaboration with the multiple teams, identifying and resolving issues and concerns
    • World class interpersonal and communication skills, including highly effective presentation delivery and writing ability. We seek someone with a flair for telling a story
