We have an opportunity for a highly quantitative, data-driven, process and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Client Success team. Reporting to the VP, Client Success the Business Analyst will work cross-functionally with several areas within the Client Success team to gather and analyze data that will create efficiencies within process and client engagement, implementation, services and support configuration across solutions, as well as, ensure supporting processes are current and robust.
The Business Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business requirements and user needs to design and implement systems that meet client services and support business objectives. Knowledge of commonly-used design concepts, relational databases, and business process in our software solutions, the Analyst will work with business processes, IOS technology and system teams, finance, implementations, services and support leaders to implement and maintain data-driven results and reporting related activities.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree plus at least 2-3 years of experience in project or business analysis. We seek someone who is passionate about working in a constantly shifting environment and can make recommendations to leadership.
