    Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to facilitate strategic cross-functional initiatives by engaging with a talented team of services, support and product managers who support customers, provide software configuration services and enable training opportunities to ensure maximum value from Frontline’s solutions.  As a passionate client advocate and a talented project manager, this role will make an impact on the customer experience to help improve our processes and product portfolio during a critical time our company’s fast growth.  Responsibilities include:

    • Manage multiple projects from developing requirements through project completion, including scope, alignment with priorities/desired outcomes, budget, timeline and risk
    • Ensure necessary and appropriate steps are taken to resolve difficulties which may impede progress or compromise achievement scheduled milestones
    • Provide leadership to current team through coaching and mentoring to develop skills and achieve high engagement
    • Review customer satisfaction results and develop improvement initiatives
    • Research, analyze, develop, and recommend processes and procedures to improve the customer's overall experience
    • Drive efficiencies and consistency across teams and lead strategic initiatives using collaboration and effective engagement
    • Drive client retention strategies and improve client satisfaction within all aspects. Anticipate customer needs and adapt project plans to achieve mutually beneficial long-term objectives and goals
    • Proactively monitor resource needs based on sales, acquisitions, and opportunities
    • Navigate customer organization and form relationships with decision makers to ensure project is appropriately viewed and valued
    • Establish, grow and maintain relationships with a wide range of internal groups including all project contributors, client stakeholders and executive leadership

    This position is based in our corporate headquarters in Malvern, PA and reports to the Vice President, Client Success.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years work experience in a product management and/or project management at a SaaS company.  PMP certification is a plus.  We also seek the following:

    • Exceptional organizational and analytic skills
    • Experience using data/metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
    • Excellent collaborator, with the ability to engage across multiple teams to deliver a desired outcome, identifying and resolving issues and concerns
    • Strategic thinker with financial acumen to understand how to impact customer satisfaction or retention of the business
    • Proven track record of excellence in service management using consultative client engagement techniques
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior leadership, peers, subordinates, internal resources and clients
    • Proven track record of developing and engaging people to achieve superior results. Passionate about coaching and development of other project managers
    • World class interpersonal and communication skills, including highly effective written and oral delivery
    • A great attitude about running many projects for a busy tech company with a rapidly changing environment
