    We are currently seeking Associate Software Developers who will make a difference in creating a new tech platform and advancing the technical maturity of our products

    Frontline Education is seeking an Associate Developer to develop, test, deploy and support elegant, scalable and reliable software solutions for our customers.  This is a fast-paced and exciting role that provides opportunities to learn and hone the skills of Software Development.

    Qualifications

    The Associate Software Developer job responsibilities are (but not limited to): 

    • Collaborate within and across cross-functional, agile teams to deliver software under the guidance of a Senior Software Engineer 
    • Deliver quality Software solutions on time by coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development process. 
    • Whatever it takes (positive) attitude to work on tasks 
    • Follow Frontline Education engineering standards and practices. 
    • Works on projects/tasks of limited complexity in a support role. 
    • Work is closely managed

    Qualifications, Key Skills and Competencies 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field  
    • 0 to 2 years of experience in Software Development 
    • 1 to 2 years' experience with Agile methodology is preferred 
    • 2 years of experience in C#, ASP.Net and MS SQL Server is preferred 
    • 2 years of experience in JavaScript and AngularJS or NodeJS is preferred 
    • Basic understanding of web-based applications and web architecture 
    • Knowledge in TDD and CI-CD is preferred 
    • Working knowledge of SaaS and multi-tenant solution is a plus 
    • Working knowledge of Git in a continuous integration environment is a plus 
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
