    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a marketing professional to join our team to fill a dual role as a Product Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Writer to help us to craft our story in an impactful, authentic way. The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience with ERP or business solutions for the K-12 disctrict office client including a solid understanding of the needs of the K-12 district office leadership team.  Responsibilities and expectations include:

    • Dedicated focus to earn a deep understanding of Frontline Education’s solutions as well as knowledge of the industry to understand the positive impact it creates for our school district clients
    • Responsible for creating and managing solution positioning and messaging as well as developing sales enablement tools
    • Engage with internal teams as the go-to resource for information related to competitive positioning, industry trends, key topics impacting the solution positioning and messaging
    • Create differential solution selling content and tools for our sales team such as whitepapers, presentations, storyboards for demonstrations, videos, case studies, testimonials, and internal facing battle cards and persona messaging documents
    • Work cross-functionally with product management, technology, pre-sales and finance to further understand the solution and to resolve client challenges
    • Exhibit agility with our rapidly changing and growing organization and customer base
    • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with the sales team to serve as a key resource, presenting the value of the solution to ensure solid understanding, competitive market information and EdTech trends
    • Engage and collaborate with multiple internal departments to maximize product knowledge, product execution and delivery

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, plus at least 5 years of product marketing experience.  Experience in pre-sales is a plus.  Domain or technology knowledge with ERP business solutions with the EdTech K-12 market is strongly preferred.  In addition, we seek the following:

    • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate in a team-oriented sales environment that allows for collaboration across service solution business lines
    • Superior interpersonal and communication skills including exceptional writing skills
    • Dedication to high quality customer service delivery and integrity through proven client and customer relationships
    • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to strategically plan
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office to create powerful presentations
