    We are currently seeking an Implementation Consultant for our Client Success & Support team at our corporate office in Malvern. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact within a fast growth organization. 


    The Implementation Consultant is a service professional who has a passion for helping our clients and end-user customers.  We seek someone with experience implementing technology solutions and solving complex problems for clients.  Reporting to the Implementation Manager, the Implementation Consultant is responsible for delivering successful implementation of our software solutions that achieve high satsfaction ratings from our clients.


    Within the first 3 -6 months in the position, The Implementation Consultant will shadow with peers on various implementations executed within the department to gain an understanding of the solution from the end-user point of view as well as the implementation perspective.  This shadow exercise will also view the complete end-to-end implementation including the requirements, configuration and training needed for the client.  Other responsibilities include:

    • Commitment to achieve a thorough knowledge of the K12 industry
    • Understanding of the use of importing and exporting tools
    • Successfully deliver, manage and implement a variety of levels of small to more complex projects, larger in size and scope
    • Participate in client implementations and lead requirements gathering, business analysis, system configuration, testing, and training 
    • Extract, analyze and assess client business needs and workflows and make consultative recommendations
    • Understand client expectations and client requirements at the onset of the project and keep timelines
    • Set up and configure client’s workflows (business processes), security roles and rights per requirements and system administration
    • Recommend best practices to clients based on product capabilities and business process workflows
    • Provide technical expertise and training to colleagues and clients
    • Provide feedback on existing product and contribute to the design of new product features 
    • Research, analyze, develop, and recommend processes and procedures to improve the customer's overall experience


    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus at least 2 years in a role that services customers in a SaaS or technology environment. We also seek the following competencies:

    • Driven and self-motivated with strong attention to detail and record keeping
    • Ability to successfully manage multiple clients simultaneously
    • Superior communication skills with clients as well as all levels of management with professionalism and enthusiasm
    • Able to prioritize and adapt to change in a rapidly growing and evolving business environment
    • Encourages and embraces a team-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
