We are currently seeking a Software Sales Executive for the Professional Growth division.
Reporting to the Vice President, PG Sales, the PG Specialist is responsible for positioning Frontline solutions products and services to prospective K-12 school districts. The heart of the PG Specialist role is to create long-term, consultative relationships with new and existing clients in the K-12 markets. To be successful as a PG Specialist, you must be adept at partnering with School Districts and School Boards to influence the buying decision process.
The PG Specialist will work closely with Frontline Education sales leadership to build this specific business line within the region. The region includes 5 -10 territories managed by other Frontline Education Sales Executives position our full portfolio of solutions. The PG Specialist will work directly with those territory Sales Executives to position Professional Growth solutions with existing clients and assigned accounts, while also establishing new relationships. The PG Specialist will therefore have dotted-line reporting relationships to the Region Sales Manager and will be considered a member of the region team.
This is a highly collaborative role that partners with the internal sales team to position client solutions specifically for the Professional Growth business group. Our Software Sales Executive team cultivates consultative relationships and engages with clients to uncover significant client needs. Our sales team works diligently to earn a deep understanding of Frontline Education’s full portfolio of solutions as well as knowledge of the industry and accounts within the territory.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree plus at least 4 years outside sales experience in a service environment, preferably in the education or software industry. Existing relationships with in the K-12 environment is preferred. In addition, we seek the following:
