Our unprecedented growth has created a number of new opportunities across the company.  Currently, we are looking to delight our customers by hiring an Inside Sales Representative. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a fast growth organization. 

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving pipeline growth via outbound prospecting over the phone into targeted accounts.


Critical Performance Objectives, Year 1:

  • Achieve 100% of quota each fiscal quarter
  • Establish and maintain 3x pipeline
  • Minimum Close Percentage of 35%
  • Articulate The Frontline Education Solution to Multiple Stakeholders throughout District
  • Maintain Full Understanding of Territory including Competitive Landscape, Statewide Compliance and Initiatives
  • Secure a minimum of “x” presentation/demonstrations per week.

  • You have earned a Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • You have minimum of 3-4 years of experience in lead generation, sales/marketing, prospecting, cold calling, inside sales or equivalent experience, ideally during a company’s growth mode.
  • Organizational skills are in your top strengths.
  • Ability to qualify leads generated from Marketing and generate pipeline from your own prospecting.
  • You possess the ability to work self-sufficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop positive and supportive relationships with colleagues; internal staff and management.
  • Demonstrate professional skills for verbal and written communication.
  • Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in a goal driven environment.
  • Knowledge of SaaS based software preferred or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity in a rapidly growing and evolving business environment.
  • Ability to listen for real and perceived customer needs
  • High degree of personal integrity and commitment to the organization’s core values including ethics, honesty, and transparency
  • Passion and willingness to continue learning and growing professionally
  • Demonstrate excellent follow-up skills both prospects, customers, internal staff and management.
  • Persistency and ability to negotiate with professional skill and expertise

  • Among some administrative requirements are:
    • Maintain organized customer files in CRM.
    • Submit requested management reports on time.
    • Manage large call/email volume in a timely fashion
  • Ability to present to large groups and individuals including prospects, customers; colleagues and management.
